Nails

Many things damage nails, this can be work, health, and medication. Lots of product claim to be miracle cures, but clearly they are not. Looking after your nails and keeping the cuticles healthy can be the biggest assistance in getting nice nails. It is not always possible to have long strong talons; I can how ever give you some tips to help them become nice.

First is the vital manicure, sometimes it helps to come and have a professional manicure as then you learn how to look after them yourself. Start by removing any nail polish, non acid tone remover, one of the best I have found is a cheapie in Tesco buy Cutix.

Always file one way only; straight across, then just a little shaping at the tip for a square oval, filing down at the sides weakens them.
Then massage cream in to the cuticles, a good hand cream will do though there are many products on the market, Sally Hanson  do a nice cuticle cream good for massaging in before bed time. Once the cream is massage in soak the finger tips for a good five minutes in warm soapy water, this will soften the cuticle and you can then gently ease it back to lift and remove it from the nail bed.
Hang nails may be nipped off with a tiny cuticle clipper, available in most Boots and other stores. Never cut the cuticle itself. Remove any dirt from under the nail, wash hands thoroughly.
A generous amount of hand cream massaged in to the dry hands and all should be looking so much prettier. Each time you wash your hands, try to push cuticles back with a towel, and always whenever possible use hand cream.
A zinc tablet can assist nail growth, older girls will remember in the days of childhood pulling a carrot up from the garden, brushing off the dirt and eating it, so a bit of dirt +zinc. Today we are so hygienic we lose some valuable ingredients from out diet.

One of the best strengthens I have found, and believe me I have tried them all, is Nail Magic. I sell this product because I believe in it, as will all my products they are tried by me before I put them up for sale.
This works well if you can have a gloss on your nails all the time, once a week, after your manicure paint two thin coats on, then half way through the week apply another. If nails are badly chipped, keep them short until the chips have grown out.
You can of course apply nail varnish over the Nail Magic, and in the week still apply your top up coat.
At present, I have a limited number of freebies to give away, either a clear top coat or a sparkle top coat with a bottle of Nail magic Purchase.
There will also so be a small discount, however you will not see this at the checkout.
You can of course call me to place an order, or email your order and pay my email address by pay pall.
